To make a request for information about yourself, e.g. personal data, please follow the instructions to make a Subject Access application.
To make a request for any other recorded information, first, please see the South Yorkshire Police Publication Scheme and Disclosure Log to see if the information you require is already available on our website. Any requests for information which have already been published will be refused under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, which states - Information Accessible to Applicant by Other Means.
