Chief Superintendent Bob Sanderson, policing head for Doncaster, is committed to tackling the things that matter most to the public.

Working towards keeping crime down is the borough’s 512 officers and 115 members of support staff. 

There are also 15 dedicated safer neighbourhood teams that have been set up to tackle issues that affect people’s day-to-day lives, like criminal damage and nuisance behaviour.

The teams include police officers, special constables and local authority wardens, making them multi-agency crimebusters.
