I can confirm that South Yorkshire Police does hold the information you have requested. However I am unable to supply that information.
Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires South Yorkshire Police, when refusing to provide such information (because the information is exempt), to provide you the applicant with a notice which:
states that fact,
specifies the exemption in question and
states (if that would not otherwise be apparent) why the exemption applies.
By virtue of Section 2(3) of the Freedom of Information Act, 2000 the exemption applicable to the information is “absolute” in that it falls under section 21. This states ‘Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under section 1 is exempt information’.
South Yorkshire Police does not hold the information you have requested regarding "December 2011". The data is submitted to the home office in April to coincide with the turn of the financial year. The data is not collated untill immediately before submission to the Home Office.
