Thorne and Moorends SNT Site
 Thorne is predominantly a residential area and a small market town situated 10 miles north-east of Doncaster Town Centre. The Town is right on the M18 and very close to the M62, A1 and M180. It also has the intercity rail links to London and the busy Humber ports to the east. It benefits from a canal at its heart and a wealth of green spaces, such as Thorne and Hatfield Moors. |

Twenty-six year old Nicholas James Totty was last seen in the Newman Road area of Rotherham on the morning of Tuesday 21 May.He was riding a dark blue mountain bike which has a grey tool bag with a red stripe fixed to the front of the bike.

At 2am on Saturday, 22 December 2012, a 36-year-old man was walking from Hallgate to Wood Street in the town centre, when three unknown men approached him. One of the unknown men punched the 36-year-old man in the face, which caused him to fall to the ground, breaking his leg. It is believed that the suspect then apologised to the 36-year-old and claimed that he did it for a bet. The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s. He is medium build with light brown, short messy hair. He was wearing a red short-sleeved t-shirt. |
