Action taken: 

14.08.14 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed by all that this would become a priority due to emerging issues.

15.08.14 - A door knock was carried out on Auckland Road to ascertain the issues of the residents. The SNT are working closely with St Leger Homes to try to resolve the problems.

16.08.14 - 01.09.14 - Regular directed patrols have been carried out of Auckland Road by PCSO's during their tour of duty. Intelligence is being gathered and submitted on a regular basis.

02.09.14 - Incident reported regarding noise on the Street. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident. A Noise Warning Letter was issued to a resident on the Street.

05.09.14 - Regular patrols conducted by PCSO's of Auckland Road and surrounding area durig their tour of duty 2pm - 3am. No incidents of note at this time.

09.09.14 - Reports of rowdy behaviour coming from a property on Auckland Road, saying that all the windows are open and there it has been going on for about 3 hours. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident and at that time there was no rowdy behaviour or noise witnessed. The complainant was contacted by the NRT who stated they were going to be in touch with St Leger Homes.

11.09.14 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

14.09.14 - Reports of loud music coming from a property on Auckland Road. The residents were passed the number for the Party Patrol and the incident was attended by the Neighbourhood Response Team.

19.09.14 - Regular foot patrols conducted on Auckland Road by PCSO's during their tour of duty 2pm x midnight. No issues of note at this time.

26.09.14 - Foot and mobile patrols conducted on Auckland Road by PCSO's. Regular contact being made with St Leger Homes regarding issues on Auckland Road.

03.10.14 - Call regarding rowdy/noisy behaviour on Auckland Road. Incident was attended by local Safer Neighourhood Team, but there was noone there on arrival.

04.10.14 - Call from a resident on Auckland Road reporting loud music coming from a particular property. Details of this passed to the Out of Ours Noise Team who attended the incident.

06.10.14 - Call from a resident regarding loud music being played from a particular property. PCSO's have visited the property with St Leger Homes and will be carrying out a survey on the Street to ascertain the residents concerns.

07.10.14 - 31.10.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out of this PACT area by PCSO's during their tour of duty. Visits also made to residents on Auckland Road and joint patrols carried out with St Leger Homes.

01.11.14 - Call from a resident on Auckland Road reporting anti-social behaviour in the gennel. Officers attended and carried out a search of the area but could not find anyone matching the description given. Patrols continued in the area.

04.11.14 - Patrols carried out on Auckland Road by officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team. No incidents of note in this area at this time.

11.11.14 - Incident reported regarding a group of around 7 youths throwing bricks at peoples windows and riding up and down on scooters. Police attended the incident and spoke to the caller. There as no damage to any windows or vehicles and a full area search was made of the area but no youths seen at this time. Passing attention will be paid to the area.

13.11.14 - At this evenings PACT Meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

16.11.14 - Reports of a vehicle broken into by smashing the front near side window. PCSO's visited callers address three times but got no answer to knocking. House to house enquiries were conducted on the Street but no further information gained. Regular patrols carried out in this PACT area.

18.11.14 - Call from a resident on Auckland Road regarding a Toyota vehicle that has been driving around at speed and doing wheelies. The caller was contacted by the local SNT who are well aware of the issues in this area. Regular directed patrols carried out in this area.

20.11.14 - Call from a resident regarding ongoing anti-social behaviour on the Street. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the location but no anti-social behaviour was witnessed at this time.

28.11.14 - Regular directed patrols conducted of this PACT area and joint visits and meetings are carried out regularly with St Leger Homes to monitor anyone breaching their tenancy agreement.

03.12.14 - Regular patrols carried out of Auckland Road and surrounding area by PCSO's during their tour of duty. No problems encountered at this time.

11.12.14 - At this evenings PACT Meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

19.12.14 - Regular foot and mobile patrols carried out of this PACT area by officers from the local SNT. Joints visits carried out with St Leger Homes and regular meetings attended to discuss ongoing problems.

27.12.14 - PCSO's carried out foot and mobile patrols of Auckland Road and surrounding area. No issues of note at this time.

02.01.15 - Regular patrols conducted of this PACT area by PCSO's during their tour of duty.

08.01.15 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month and would join with Chaucer Road.

09.01.15 - Foot patrols carried out of Auckland Road and surrounding area by PCSO's whilst on duty. Regular visits made to residents in the area and joint visits conducted with St Leger Homes.

16.01.15 - Pulse patrols carried out of Auckland Road by PCSO's

21.01.15 - Area patrolled throughout the shift no issues.

04.02.15 - This area is patrolled as part of our core duty throughout the shift and there has been no issues

12.02.15 - The PACT meeting took place this evening at the Mexborough resource centre at 18:30 and it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

25.02.15 - Regular directed patrols have been carried out of Auckland Road by PCSO's during their tour of duty. Intelligence is being gathered and submitted on a regular basis.

03.03.15 - Increased foot patrols in the area no issues to report, regular vehicle checks done on the street daily.

06.03.15 - Regular patrols carried out of both Auckland and Chaucer Road both on foot and mobile. No incidents of note at this time. Regular checks carried out of vehicles on both streets.

14.03.15 - Patrols carried out of Auckland Road and Chaucer Road by PCSO's during their tour of duty.

21.03.15 - Mobile and foot patrols conducted on Auckland Road and Chaucer Road by PCSO's during their tour of duty. Vehicle checks also carried out.

30.03.15 - Meetings with St Leger Homes with regard to both Auckland Road and Chaucer Road to discuss the way forward. Patrols conducted throughout shift by PCSO's.

09.04.15 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would no longer remain a PACT priority due to other emerging issues.
