Action taken: 

10.07.14 At this evenings PACT Meeting held at The Resource Centre, Mexborough it was agreed by all in attendance that Victoria Park would become a PACT priority for the forthcoming month.

11.07.14 - Victoria Park patrolled at regular intervals by PCSO's both on foot and mobile throughout shift 2pm x midnight. Nothing of note at this time.

12.07.14 - 23.07.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out by PCSO's of this PACT area throughout their shift. Several motorbikes have been seen or heard by residents in this area, but nothing seen by PCSO's or the Neighbourhood Response Team.

24.07.14 - 30.07.14 - Regular mobile and foot patrols conducted of Victoria Park and surrounding area by PCSO's and the Neighbourhood Response Team. Several reported incidents of nuisance motorbikes in the area by residents and so far this month 1 motorbike has been seized and 5 have been issued with a 171 which is a warning. The SNT will be carrying out Nuisance Bike Operations in the coming weeks.

14.08.14 - At this evenings PACT Meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

21.08.14 - Incident reported regarding a suspicious male in the area. Police attended and carried out an area search but to no gain. Complainant spoken to and reassured.

31.08.14 - A Motorbike Operation was carried out today by the SNT. Several people were spoken to, but no bikes seized.

05.09.14 - Incident reported regarding criminal damage to a property on Park Road by nuisance youths. Police attended the incident and PCSO's are to view CCTV to see if they can identify the culprits.

08.09.14 - Reports of nuisance motorbikes in the area of Park Road. Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident but no motorbike was seen at this time.

11.09.14 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

14.09.14 - Another incident reported regarding nuisance motorbikes in the area. The local Safer Neighbourhood Team are well aware of this problem and regularly patrol this area.

17.09.14 - Call from a resident saying that some youths have been in the park and are causing damage to the play area. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident and on arrival there were 3 youths in the park but they were not causing any damage to the park at this time. The group were from a nearby school. The youths left and returned 5 minutes later whereupon the NRT took their details and asked them to leave. The youths left the park.

21.09.14 - Call from a resident reporting that she can hear lots of noise and banging coming from the Park. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident but no youths were seen at this time and no damage caused to the park.

29.09.14 - Incident called regarding nuisance motorbikes in the area. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident and carried out a full area search but no motorbike seen at this time.

03.10.14 - Regular mobile and foot patrols conducted in this area by PCSO's from the local SNT.

10.10.14 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would remain as a priority for a further month.

11.10.14 - 16.10.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out on Victoria Road by PCSO's during their tour of duty.

19.10.14 - Incident reported regarded a quad bike in the area. Officers attended and conducted an area search but no sign of the bike at this time.

20.10.14 - Call regarding two groups of youths in Victoria Park, one youth complaining that he has been stabbed in the neck by another youth with a piece of wood. Police officers attended the incident who were given differing stories about the incident. On further investigation it would appear that the male in question had not been stabbed in the neck, no markings present and the Children and Young Persons Officer will be dealing with the youths in school regarding their behaviour.

24.10.14 - Call from a resident on Park Road regarding a vehicle that has pulled up and several youths have got out with alcohol which they have taken to the Park to drink. He is reporting around 15 youths on the Park all in drink and being rowdy. Police attended the incident.

30.10.14 - Caller reporting a group of about 8 youths in the Park drinking and setting off fireworks in the park. Details of the youths was circulated but no youths seen by officers.

04.11.14 - Call from a resident reporting a group of between 40 and 50 youths in the park being verbally abusive and shining a green lazer pen. Police officers attended the incident and the youths were spoken to.

05.11.14 - Regular patrols made of this PACT proiority area throughout the evening. A call was received regarding a group of youths being rowdy on Kirby Street. Officers from the local SNT attended on Kirby Street, but no youths were seen at this time.

06.11.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out on Park Road and surrounding area.

13.11.14 - At this evenings PACT Meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

24.11.14 - Call from a resident reporting a gang of youths who are being abusive towards residents. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident and carried out a full search of the area. No youths present at this time. Patrols carried out in the area.

25.11.14 - Call reporting a group of youths who had been running ragged in the area for the past 20 minutes. It is alleged they have caused some damage to a particular property. Police attended the incident and spoke to 5 youths who were in the ginnell at the time, 3 of whom ran away, names of the others taken. A full patrol of the park was conducted and residents in the area spoken to regarding the youths, but no other residents complained of any youths. No youths seen in the park and no obvious damage seen.

28.11.14 - Regular directed patrols conducted of Park Road and surrounding area. Youths seen in the park, but no problems at this time.

30.11.14 - Patrols carried out by PCSO's of Park Road and Victoria Park during their tour of duty 2pm x 11pm. No issues of note at this time.

05.12.14 - Regular foot and mobile patrols carried out throughout the week by officers from the local SNT.

11.12.14 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would remain a priority for a further month.

12.12.14 - Foot and mobile patrols conducted in this PACT area at regular intervals throughout the week.

21.12.14 - Mobile and foot and patrols carried out on Victoria Park, Park Road and surrounding area by PCSO's. Residents spoken to, but no issues at this time.

28.12.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out by PCSO's during their tour of duty.

07.01.15 - Door knock carried out on Park Road by PCSO's to ascertain any issues from residents with regard to Victoria Park. Most residents spoken to said that in the main the Park was relatively quiet, with a few problems every now and then with ASB, but it didn't impact too much on their everyday life.

16.01.15 - Regular directed patrols carried out of Park Road, Victoria Park and surrounding area.

21.05.15 - Incident reported over last couple of days of nuisance bikes in the area causing issues, officers patrolled nothing seen at this time.

04.02.15 - This area is patrolled as part of our core duty throughout the shift and there has been no issues

12.02.15 - The PACT meeting took place this evening at the Mexborough resource centre at 18:30. After a discussion it was agreed that this would remain a PACT priority for a further month.

25.02.15 - Victoria Park patrolled at regular intervals by PCSO's both on foot and mobile throughout shift.

03.03.15 - Patrols made in the area no issues of ASB seen or reported to the police.

06.03.15 - Regular foot and mobile patrols carried out of Victoria Park and surrounding area, no issues of note at this time.

13.03.15 - Foot and mobile patrols conducted of this PACT area by PCSO's. Vehicles checks also carried out on Park Road.

20.03.15 - Incident reported on Victoria Park re nuisance youths in the park drinking. PCSO's attended at the location, who spoke to some youths in the park, but they were not drinking and were not being loud.

27.03.15 - Regular patrols conducted by PCSO's throughout their tour of duty and vehicle checks carried out in the area.

09.04.125 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was decided that this would no longer be a PACT priority due to other emerging issues.
