15.11.13 - At this evening's PACT Meeting it was agreed that this would now be a PACT priority.

20.11.13 - Regular directed patrols of this area by PCSO's during their shift times along with patrols from the Neighbourhood Response Team throughout the night.

22.11.13 - Foot and mobile patrols of the area. Crime prevention patrols done for car thefts and burglaries. Intelligence gathered and fed through to the relevant department.

24.11.13 - PCSO's deviation of shift today to patrol Mexborough and Denaby due to increase in vehicle crime. PCSO's are working until 3am and Harlington Court was patrolled regularly throughout the shfit.

30.11.13 - Regular patrols of Harlington Court throughout shift - no incidents of note at this time.

06.12.13 - Foot and mobile patrols of this PACT area throughout shift.

13.12.13 - Foot and mobile patrols of the area. Crime prevention advice offered and intelligence gathered.

03.01.14 - Mobile and foot patrols to area as per PACT area, interactions with residents to the flats, no issues arising at this time.

09.01.14 - Mobile patrol of area as per PACT area.

13.01.14 - Visit to a resident on Harlington Court regarding nuisance youths in the area. Reassurance visit carried out - regular patrols being undertaken in the area.

18.01.14 - Visits undertaken to a repeat victim of Anti-social behaviour. Six ABC referrals submitted for youths causing problems in the area. Patrols continue to be carried out of this area.

23.01.14 - Mobile patrols completed of this PACT area and ABC letters delivered to several youths re bin fires and mud throwing.

03.02.14 - Reassurance visits carried out in the area and regular patrols conducted.

04.02.14 - CCTV footage collected regarding ongoing issues with nuisance youths.

05.02.14 - Reassurance visits carried out in this area regarding some stone throwing from a group of youths. Patrols also conducted throughout tour of duty. One male arrested on Wadworth Street for Public Order and threats to damage. Further ABC referrals submitted for nuisance youths.

07.02.14 - Joint visits conducted with St Leger Homes to several properties in this area.

10.02.14 - Another joint visit with St. Leger Homes re local youths in the area and their behaviour.

11.02.14 - Regular directed patrols conducted of Harlington Court and surrounding area throughout tour of duty. Also regular night time patrols conducted by the Neighbourhood Response Team.

14.02.14 - Visit to Balby Street School with regard to damage/smashed glass. Offenders have been named and ABC referral letters to be submitted.

20.02.14 - Visit to a resident regarding youths throwing stones at her property. ABC referels to be submitted again. Resident was warned not to let the youths into her property. Patrols also conducted of this PACT area.

26.02.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out of this area by PCSO's during their tour of duty 2pm x 11pm. No issues of note at this time.

05.03.14 - Patrols conducted and coffee morning attended at All Saints Church by PCSO's. No incidents at this time.

10.03.14 - Regular mobile and foot patrols carried out on Harlington Court by PCSO's during their tour of duty 8am x 4pm

28.04.14 - Patrols conducted of this area by the Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) at approximatley 8.45pm. They observed approximately 8 male youths stood at the rear of a particular flat. On seeing the officers the youths ran off.

29.04.14 - Regular patrols carried out by the NRT both mobile and on foot. Several youths spoken to and details taken.

06.05.14 - Extensive patrols carried out of Harlington Court due to issues there at the present time. St Leger Homes have been contacted re youths hanging around this area, most of which have been identified and ABC's issued.

09.05.14 - Several reassurance visits carried out and regular patrols of the Harlington Court area. Regular contact made with St Leger Homes regarding residents in the area.

17.05.14 - Foot patrols conducted in the Denaby area concentrating on the Harlington Road area. No issues of note at this time.

18.05.14 - 08.06.14 - Regular foot and mobile patrols have been carried out by PCSO' s from the local SNT. Several joint visits have taken place with St Leger Homes to residents in the area. Intelligence is being gathered on a daily basis. There have been a few reports of anti-social behaviour in the Harlington Road area and PCSO's are gathering information to combat this issue. 7 ABC+ referrals have already been made for youths in the Denaby area. This area will continue to be patrolled on a regular basis.

22.05.14 - Regular directed patrols of this PACT area with joint visits to residents.

23.05.14 - Harrassment warnings issued to 2 males who have been causing problems on Harlington Court. ABC referrals also submitted. Area patrolled by PCSO's throughout shift and several youths moved on from the Harlington Road area.

27.05.14 - Patrols conducted by PCSO's throughout shift with visits to residents in the area.

28.05.14 - Meeting held with St Leger Homes regarding problems on Harlington Court, with joint visits and joint patrols planned.

15.06.14 - Patrols conducted and reassurance visit carried out.

17.06.14 - Contacted resident who has reported youths playing football and throwing stones at cars and windows. Reassurance given and increased patrols. Reminded of 101 number.

19.06.14 - Regular patrols carried out by PCSO's during their tour of duty. Residents complaining of youths hanging about, youths dispersed and moved on.

27.06.4 - Regular foot and mobile patrols conducted throughout shift by PCSO's of this PACT area.

04.07.14 - Foot and mobile patrols carried out of Harlington Court and surrounding area. Visits carried out to residents in this area and joint visits conducted with St Leger Homes.

25.07.14 - Mobile and foot patrols carried out of this area by PCSO's during their tour of duty.

26.07.14 - 31.08.14 - Regular directed patrols have been carried out of this PACT area by PCSO's during their tour of duty. Reassurance and joint visits with St Leger Homes have been made to several properties in the area. Ongoing intelligence is being gathered and submitted on a regular basis.

01.09.14 - 07.09.14 - Foot and mobile patrols carried out of Harlington Court on a regular basis by PCSO's.

08.09.14 - 19.09.14 - Regular directed foot and mobile patrols carried out on Harlington Court by PCSO's from the local SNT. Crime prevention reassurance visits undertaken and joint visits carried out with St Leger Homes.

29.09.14 - 03.10.14 - Regular foot and mobile patrols carried out of this PACT area by PCSO's. A door knock was completed in this area to ascertain ongoing issues and joint visits with St Leger Homes carried out on a regular basis.

08.10.14 - Call from a resident on Harlington Court saying there are a group of youths outside her property who are smashing up pieces of wood. Officers attended at the address, but the youths had dispersed. A search was carried out of the area but no youths spotted who matched the description.

09.10.14 - Call from a resident reporting a group of youths who have made ramp outside her property and the noise they are making is intolerable. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended the incident but on arrival no youths were present.

20.10.14 - Call from a resident re damage saying his windows have been smashed. Police attended the incident and carried out door to door enquiries. Nothing seen or heard and there is no CCTV. Regular directed patrols will continue in this PACT area.

02.11.14 - Regular directed hi vis patrols carried out of Harlington Court and surrounding area by PCSO's. Call from a resident regarding a group of youths who are playing football and deliberately kicking the ball at callers property. PCSO's attended the incident and the youths were moved on from the area.

03.11.14 - Call from a resident stating that he feels he is being targetted by a group of youths. They have covered the callers window in mud and eggs and is a regular problem. The local SNT are aware of this group of youths who have been spoken to on several occasions regarding their behaviour. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended this incident and on arrival a group of youths in dark clothing ran up onto The Craggs. A full patrol of the area was carried out but the youths were not seen. Complainant contacted and advised.

09.11.14 - Reports of criminal damage to vehicles in the area of Harlington Road. Reassurance visits carried out in the area and door knocks completed.

13.11.14 - Call from a resident reporting that eggs have been thrown at her window. PCSO's have visited the address and given reassurance and carried out hi vis patrols of the area.

14.11.14 - Resident reporting petrol has been stolen from her vehicle and damage caused to her car. PCSO's attended and spoke to caller and gave reassurance. Regular patrols being conducted in this area due to recent spate of criminal damage.

19.11.14 - Regular directed patrols carried out by PCSO's from the local SNT during their tour of duty 2pm x 11pm.

20.11.14 - Call from a resident reporting her window has been smashed. The Neighbourhood Response Team attended and spoke to the caller. No one was hurt as no one in the property at the time. A full search carried out of the area and patrols continued.

26.11.14 - Regular reports from residents in the area regarding ongoing issues of anti-social behaviour. Joint visits being carried out with St Leger Homes and reassurance visits carried out on a daily basis.

25.02.15 - Regular directed patrols of this area by PCSO's during their shift times along with patrols from the Neighbourhood Response Team throughout the night.

03.03.15 - Increased patrols in the area due to an eviction taken place nearby, officers on foot patrols no issues.

21.03.15 - Foot patrols conducted on Harlington Court and surrounding area. Vehicle checks carried out in the area, and joint visits made to various properties with St Leger Homes.
