Operation Clover detectives have charged a 36-year-old man with an additional two child sexual exploitation offences.
Bannaras Hussain, who is currently on remand after being charged with 22 offences relating to child sexual exploitation in Rotherham, was charged today (Thursday 16 July) with two further offences of indecent assault.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between 1998 and 2000.
He is due to appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Monday 7 September, alongside six other defendants charged as part of Operation Clover.
Operation Clover is a joint investigation by South Yorkshire Police in partnership with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and the Crown Prosecution Service.
It is one of a number of non-recent child sexual exploitation investigations in Rotherham and South Yorkshire Police continues to work in partnership with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and the Crown Prosecution Service.
