Two charged and one sentenced for various offences, Sheffield

So far this week, Sheffield’s Performance Crime Team have charged two people and had one convicted at court for offences across the city. 
 
On Tuesday 7 November, two Sheffield men were arrested in connection to a burglary at a property in Strawberry Avenue, Parson Cross. 
 
Wayne Alan Younge, 50, of Homestead Road, Shiregreen and Mark Andrew Clifton, 34, of Mason Lathe Road, Shiregreen were subsequently charged with burglary. 
 
Both have been bailed to appear before Sheffield Magistrates Court on Thursday 7 December. 
 
On Wednesday 8 November, a 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection to a street robbery last month. 
 
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with robbery and appeared before Sheffield Youth Court yesterday (Thursday 9 November), where he pleaded guilty. 
 
He was given a community order, including electronic tagging and ordered to pay £150 in compensation.
