Three males have appeared at court charged with attempted murder following an incident inside a barber shop at Masbrough Street, Masbrough, Rotherham, on Thursday afternoon, 5 August.

Shamas Ali, aged 20 and Asif Ali, 25, both of Clough Road, Masbrough, were charged on Friday night along with a 16-year-old boy.

They appeared at Rotherham Magistrates’ Court on the morning of Saturday, 7 August, accused of the attempted murder of 22-year-old local man Ismail Hussain.

All three were remanded in custody and will appear at Sheffield Crown Court this Friday, 13 August.
