Three men are due to appear in court today (Friday 10 November), charged with theft after a HGV was broken into.
Anthony User, 24, of Broadlea Place, Leeds, and Steven McGill, 39, of Cottingley Heights, Leeds, have been charged with theft from a motor vehicle while Dylan Carver, 21, of Cardigan Lane, Leeds, has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle and driving without a license and without insurance.
The charges relate to an incident in the early hours of Thursday 9 November when a HGV parked up on Woodfield Way, Balby was broken into, at around 2am.
A total of seven boxes containing toys were taken from the van and have since been recovered.
Usher and Carver were bailed to appear before court later today while McGill was remanded.
