Chief Superintendent Simon Torr, policing head for the Sheffield district, is committed to tackling the things that matter most to the public.

To do this dedicated safer neighbourhood teams have been set up to tackle issues that affect people’s day-to-day lives, like criminal damage and nuisance behaviour.

The teams include police officers, special constables plus local authority wardens and ambassadors making them multi-agency crimebusters.
