A 46-year-old man has appeared in court today, charged in connection to the supply of drugs, after heroin and crack cocaine were seized during a warrant in Doncaster.
On Wednesday afternoon (13 February), officers from Doncaster’s Fortify team executed a warrant at a property on Wheatley Street, Denaby Main.
During a search of the property, large amounts of heroin and crack cocaine were found, thought to have a street value in excess of £18,000.
A quantity of cannabis and drugs paraphernalia was also seized.
Carl Drew, 46, of Wheatley Street, Doncaster, has since been charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine, possession of cannabis and being concerned in the supply of heroin, in connection to the warrant.
He appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 15 February), and has been remanded into custody. He will appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Friday 15 March 2019.
