Two arrested following drug warrant in Sheffield

Yesterday (Wednesday 6 March), officers from our Fortify team executed a drugs warrant at a property in the Crookes area of Sheffield.

After searching the property, the team found four kilograms of cannabis and approximately 80 cannabis plants.

A 56-year-old man has been arrested for production of cannabis.

A 29-year-old man has been arrested for production of cannabis and possession of false identity.

Both men have been remanded in custody and will appear before Sheffield Magistrates court tomorrow (Friday 8 March).
