Police investigating a suspected arson at a business premises in Sheffield have released details about three suspects they are keen to identify.

At around 1am on Sunday 13 October, it is reported that a silver BMW 5 series was used to repeatedly ram the front shutters of the Simply Scumptious sandwich shop on Fox Hill Road, Sheffield, causing damage.

It is then believed that the BMW was set alight, with the fire spreading into the shop and the flat above.

The occupants of the flat above the shop were asleep at the time. They were not injured and were able to get out of the property safely.

Officers are keen to trace three suspects, believed to be male, who fled the scene shortly after the BMW was set on fire. They were all reportedly wearing dark clothing and had their faces covered.
