Motorbike rider left critically injured following Sheffield collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in the Waterthorpe area in which a motorbike rider suffered life-threatening injuries.

At around 12.15pm yesterday afternoon (Monday 23 July), a silver Vauxhall Antara, turning right out of Drake House Crescent on to Drake House Way, was involved in a collision with a white Kawasaki motorbike travelling along Drake House Way.

A 44-year-old man riding the bike was taken to hospital after sustaining serious injuries. A 40-year-old man driving the Astra was not injured.

Officers would like anyone who saw what happened to please call 101 quoting incident number 439 of 23 July 2018.
