An investigation has been launched after three men were injured during an altercation in Sheffield in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 17 February).
Emergency services were called to Rockingham Street at around 3.55am following reports that the men had been injured.
Two men, aged 29 and 22, are currently receiving treatment in hospital for puncture wounds to their upper body. Their injuries are described as serious but not life-threatening.
A 23-year-old man was also injured, suffering a stab wound to his hand. He was taken to hospital for treatment but has since been discharged.
Rockingham Street is currently closed while officers carry out enquiries at the scene. CCTV from the surrounding area will also be examined, as police work to identify those involved.
