Our offer

  • On appointment to PCDA, your starting salary will be £28,551 on scale of £28,551 - £46,044 as well as a degree which is funded by the force so there are no fees to pay.
  • On appointment to DHEP (Police Constable and Detective), your starting salary will be £28,551 on scale of £28,551 - £46,044.
  • Adjustment grant where applicants who can demonstrate a reduction in salary on starting with the force can apply for an allowance to reduce the reduction in salary.
  • Annual leave of 22 days increasing with length of service plus bank holidays.
